How to reach us
Please find our email-address and phone number on the “Contact”-page. You can also send text or WhatsApp messages to the provided phone number.
We are usually available seven days a week during our normal office hours (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM). Please note that as a family-run guesthouse, we cannot operate a 24-hour reception. In case of an emergency, you can of course contact us at any time.
Check-In
Our check-in time starts at 3:00 PM.
Please contact us shortly before your arrival; we will wait at Klingengasse 8 for you to check you in and hand over the key. If you prefer (Covid-19), or if you arrive outside our opening hours, we can also arrange for a contact-less key handover. We will deposit your key in a locker as soon as the apartment is ready (3:00 PM the latest); location and code for the locker will automatically be sent to you before your arrival via email, text, or WhatsApp-message (please contact us if you haven’t received the message by the day of your arrival). If you have any questions regarding the check-in process, we will be available personally during our regular office hours.
Please let us know early if you will arrive before 3:00 PM. In some cases, an early check-in is possible (not always though; it depends on the cleaning effort, which is not predictable). You might also be able to park your car early and store your luggage with us.
Check-Out
Check-out is before 10:00 AM on the day of your departure. This time can unfortunately not be extended, as our personnel has a tight cleaning schedule – we will need sufficient time to thoroughly prepare the apartment for the next guest, as we did it for you.
Please drop your key into the letter opening in the front door of Klingengasse 10.
Arrival and Parking
Upon your arrival in Rothenburg, drive through the Klingentor into the old town (your GPS system may guide you through the Galgentor, but that route is more complicated).
After you have passed through the Klingenturm (tower), you will be on Klingengasse. Right after passing Klingengasse 8 (Gästehaus Viktoria), turn left onto Küblersgäßchen. Then, after the first building on the left, drive through the brown gate into the parking area. If the gate is closed, you can open it with a code which we will automatically send to you before your arrival via email, text, or WhatsApp message (please contact us if you haven’t received the message by the day of your arrival).
Your reservation includes parking for one car or two motorcycles; if you arrive with a particularly large vehicle, please let us know in advance. You can choose any free parking space outside the garage.
Please also let us know if you’d like to use our charging station for electric vehicles. We will reserve one of the two corresponding parking spots for you and will provide you with the RFID-card that is required to use the charger.
